1. Strengthening ASEAN's cooperation and joint approaches in addressing issues and problems affecting trade in the region's cocoa products                                            2. STRATEGIC THRUST 4:	DEVELOPMENT, ACCELERATION OF TRANSFER AND ADOPTION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES

1. Conduct of collaborative research to develop new/improved technology in agriculture production, post harvest and processing activities and sharing of research results and available technology                2. STRATEGIC THRUST 5:	ENHANCEMENT OF PRIVATE SECTOR INVOLVEMENT

1. Collaboration in the establishment of a networking system to promote investment and joint venture opportunities in ASEAN     2.
