Preamble

 

The Malaysian International Cocoa Fair 2013 (MICF 2013) that will be held on October 2013 in Kuala Lumpur consist of three (3) events; The Malaysian International Cocoa Conference (MICC 2013), The Malaysian International Cocoa Exposition (MICE 2013) and The Malaysian International Cocoa Dinner (MICD 2013). Participants will be able to obtain the latest information on cocoa research, new technologies, products and other aspects of cocoa in the MICC 2013 while traders, manufacturers, entrepreneurs and businesses in cocoa could display, market and establish business contact on their cocoa products, equipments, machineries and other related cocoa products in the MICE 2013.  Finally, the MICD 2013 hopefully will bring the cocoa community both local and abroad in a relax and eventful dinner event.  The MICC (7 – 8 October 2013) and MICD (7 October 2013) events are held at Sunway Pyramid which is located in a modern suburb of Kuala Lumpur City. The MICE event is going to be held in conjunction with the Malaysia International Commodity Conference & Showcase (MICCOS) 2013 from 24 to 27 October 2013 at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), Selangor.

 

Objective

  • To promote cocoa and its related products through exposition involving traders, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, grinders, growers, consumers and individuals.

  • To disseminate and share current research findings on advancement of upstream, downstream and processing technologies.

  • To bring together traders, manufacturers, grinders, researchers and individuals in the cocoa industry worldwide in a relaxed, cosy and enlightening dinner event.
