Dissemination of Information
Quality services by providing and disseminating accurate, up-to-date and timely information on cocoa technology, markets and statistics.
Post the daily price of cocoa beans every working day no later than 3pm
Publishes the Malaysian Cocoa Monitor twice a year
Publishes a cocoa research and development journal every year
Research And Development
- The production and dissemination of quality technology regarding the production and processing of cocoa beans and the manufacture of cocoa products.
- At least one technology is commercialized every year.
- Issuing cocoa-related chemical analysis results no later than 30 days after the sample is received.
Development of the Malaysian Cocoa Market
- A systematic and efficient Market Development Program through participation in five international trade expositions to ensure the continued development of the cocoa market.
Regulation and Quality
- Issuance of licenses within 24 hours
- Issuance of Quality Certificate within 30 minutes for each lot (consignment of cocoa beans less than 1 ton) or within 1 hour (consignment of cocoa beans more than 1 ton)
Development and Human Capital Development
- Continuous improvement of competence and human resources
- Respond to applications and inquiries and receive participation in the Handmade Chocolate Entrepreneur
- Basic Development course within 30 days
- Disseminating cocoa cultivation information to over 8000 farmers every year (through courses and meetings)
Bill Payment
Bill payment will be completed within 14 days from the date the payment document is received
Customer Complaints and Inquiries
- Feedback is provided within 7 working days
