Quality

Standards for cocoa beans and cocoa products in the Malaysian Cocoa Industry are based on standards issued by the Malaysian Institute of Standards and Industrial Research (SIRIM). These standards have been reviewed and compiled by the Cocoa and Cocoa Products Technical Committee comprising representatives of Ministries and Government Agencies, traders, producers ’associations and scientific and professional bodies. The Malaysian Cocoa Board is the Chairman of this Committee.
