MALAYSIAN INTERNATIONAL COCOA CONFERENCE (MICC)
Introduction:
Under the theme of ‘Sustainable Innovation in Cocoa: Celebrating Excellence, the Malaysian International Cocoa Conference 2025 (MICC 2025) cordially invites and welcomes all to participate in this esteemed event. Organized by the Malaysian Cocoa Board, the conference will take place in Sabah, renowned as “The Land Below the Wind” in Northern Borneo, Malaysia, on 26 – 27 May 2025.
This conference serves as a pivotal platform, bringing together a distinguished panel of experts, researchers, academics, industry practitioners, policymakers, and students to engage in forums, discussions, exploration of research inquiries, and exchange ideas on the latest developments in cocoa plantation farming, farming sustainability, innovations, sensory and quality assessment, governance policies, market analysis, and more.

Topics to be addressed:

With 100 exhibitors, enhanced show features, and exciting cocoa-based products on display, MICE 2025 invites visitors to come, taste, sample, and indulge in the delights of Malaysian cocoa, chocolate and confectionery products.

Objectives:
The objectives of organizing MICE are based on the SEDAP concept:
● Strengthen existing trading networks and establish new collaborations with potential business partners.
● Elevate income for chocolate entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), local chocolate manufacturing companies, and companies within the associated industry chain.
● Disseminate accurate information to enhance the understanding and knowledge of the public regarding the diversity of health benefits and goodness of cocoa.
● Access to the introduction and promotion of cocoa-based products and the related business chain in the cocoa industry.
● Promote ‘Single Origin Chocolate’ products and showcase the ‘Bean to Bar’ concept to corporate visitors, foreign tourists, and the public through exhibitions, programs, competitions, and demonstrations in conjunction with MICE.

MALAYSIAN INTERNATIONAL COCOA DINNER (MICD)
Introduction:
Gather under the Sabahan skies, we cordially invite all participants for an evening of unparalleled dining experiences at the Malaysian International Cocoa Dinner 2025 (MICD 2025), taking place on 26 May, 2025 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It is a relaxed social event organized by Malaysian Cocoa Board in conjunction with the Malaysian International Cocoa Fair 2025 (MICF 2025).
The objective of MICD 2025 is to gather traders, manufacturers, grinders, researchers, cocoa farmers and individuals for them to interact and socialize among themselves.
With the concept ‘Sabah – Land Below the Wind’, this auspicious event will highlight and introduce Malaysia, specifically Sabah, internationally with its unique culture and will be spiced with delicious cuisine, cultural performance from different ethnics in Sabah, singing performance by Sabah famous singers and many more.
Ticket Price:
For our local participants, the dinner ticket is priced at RM500 per person, while international guests may secure their tickets at USD200 per person.

TERMS & ONDITIONS
1. Participants must ensure that all registration details are entered accurately in the provided fields.
2. The payment invoice will be issued and sent after confirmation of participation.
3. Once full payment is made, the payment receipts or transaction proofs must be emailed to micf2025@koko.gov.my.
4. No Refunds & Cancellations will be accepted for registered participants. However, participants may send a representative in their place at no additional cost. Notification of any changes must be provided to the Secretariat before 24 April 2025.
5. Logistic costs are fully borne by the participants and not included in the registration fee.
6. For registered exhibitors, please note that costs for Bare Space, Special Design, or Upgraded Stand Booths will be coordinated by the event management/stand contractor appointed by the organizer.
